Neuspeed's Short Shift Kit for the A4 and Passat (non-push down reverse gear) features a new billet steel lever that is approximately 1/2" shorter than stock and has a redesigned pivot point. The result is a 35% reduction in the throw length. A carefully calibrated counterweight machined into the shift lever retains the solid feeling of the stock shift mechanism.
