For over a decade Injen Technology Co. Ltd and our sister company has played a major roll in the design and development of air intake systems. Injen Technology is based out of California in the same city and just a few miles away from the famous Pomona Winter Nationals Top Fuel Raceway. Injen Technology's history is a classic success story of a small manufacturing company turned industry leader of aftermarket performance products. What most people do not know is that Injen's sister company, RD Metal Works established in 1981, was actually designing and manufacturing air intake kits for leading air filter and intake manufacturers since the mid 1990's. Absorbing the experience, design capabilities and quality standards of RD Metal Works, Injen Technology was formed. In 1998, we embarked on a never-ending quest to brand our own name and set new standards of quality and performance while constantly striving to improve our own engineering capabilities. Bringing together all phases of manufacturing under one roof proved to be the equation for unrivaled success.

The Injen Intake Kit Includes:
* POWER-BOX
High Tempeture Composite enclosure fitted with pre-Filter Screens, allowing for air control, large debris filtration, air stability and a reduction of engine acoustice utilizing the sound dampening velocity stack. the Power box design optimizes performance and delivers consistent horsepower/torque gains.
* ALUMINUM SKIN PLATE
The .032" Brushed Aluminum Cosmetic Shield completes the innovative design of the "Worlds First Power Box". The Cosmetic Shield enhances the overall appearance of the Power-Flow kit and provides added protection for the high tech Power-Box and two stage air filter.
* VELOCITY STACK
The integrated velocity stack allows the pressurized air to be at a more stable state, which equates to a consistent transition of air into the calibrated tube. As air enters the chamber through the Cold Air Inducer, the velocity stack also directs the air while increasing its velocity.
* AIR STABILIZER
The Air Stabilizer controls ambient air entering the chamber via the filter and the inverted cone section. As air is pre-filtered into the chamber, the turbulent air is controlled by a direct pressurized flow caused by the inverted cone and assisted by the Air Inducer. The pressurized cold air re-directs any turbulent air existing in the POWER Box, as it moves towards the Velocity stack before entering the Inline Calibrated intake. The high volume of air is optimized for greater performance relating to reliability and excellent power output.
* COLD AIR INDUCER
The cold air inducer was designed to draw cold air into the POWER-FLOW Box, thus providing consistent cold air-flow. As an optional accessory, an additional extension may be added.
* 2 STAGE AIR FILTER
Constructed of surgical cotton gauze, the filter element comes precisely oiled to maintain consistent airflow and prevent obstructions to the intake system. Each filter is specifically chosen for every application, as the dimensions, pleat and flow rate are highly crucial to optimal performance gains.
* STAINLESS STEEL PRE-FILTER SCREEN
Two Stainless Steel Pre-Filter screens are strategically placed on the POWER-FLOW Box, allow for the pre-filtration of particles up to 250 microns. Additionally, this accounts for a reduction of contaminants, less maintenance on the POWER-FLOW filter element, and consistent optimal gains.
* INLINE CALIBRATION
MR Technology is a sophisticated tuning process developed by Injen Technology; altering Cold Air Intake systems to be carefully tuned within Factory Safe limits. Through a series of engineered and tested air- restricted sections, the pressurized mass air is controlled to a calculated aggression, allowing for a proper air/fuel calibration.
