DC header 4-2-1 Ceramic Coated is what put DC Sports on the map.
DC Sports header is constructed from ceramic coated mandrel bent mild steel. DC header 4-2-1 is the standard by which all headers are judged.
DC header 1 piece eliminates the two middle flanges making the header lighter and giving it a cleaner look.
DC Sports header uses new lightweight flanges are used on both the head flange and the collector flange to help lighten it up.
DC Sports header is constructed with CNC machined flanges and gives a 12 to 14 horsepower gain.
