Jackson Racing
Oscar Jackson left law school and got a job as
a Honda dealership mechanic in 1973. By day, he
learned Hondas. Jackson Racing was started by
night in his garage, developing cam and header
packages along with other tweaks, for customers
who lived to beat Detroit V8s. Oscar's name was
synonymous with champion stock endurance Hondas
twelve years later. Jackson Racing cars won race
championships in 1985, 1988, and 1989. The era
of showroom stock racing began to end by 1990.
But at Jackson Racing, a new one began. Our engineering
team turned their attention back to street performance
by launching an aggressive R&D program to
develop a series of specialized products for Honda
and Acura. Today Honda and Acura owners rely and
value Jackson Racing’s unmatched and proven
innovations.
